Anyone use this pack? What do you think about it? What are the features that you like and the features that you would change and why.

I never did. I actually got a LL Bean Patridge vest (the old style and it was on closeout) for shorter jaunts and am thinking of going with one of the following for my longer trips: Quilomene,Buck's Bags, or the Wing Works. I haven't made up my mind on them yet. I do love the LL Bean vest for sure. Very comfortable and handles a load really good, but doesn't have a huge amount of water and clothing carrying capacity. |

| I'm leaning towards the Wing Works based on the reviews and comments on this website. Have a great season and thanks for the reply. Todd |

I like it too based on the reviews. Since it is my first season I am going to wait a while and just see how this season goes. I want to see what my needs are before I buy a 2nd vest. I have closets full of gear for fishing and backpacking that never get used that I thought that I needed.
I almost believe that you need two vests if you do a lot of different types of hunting though. |

I just got my Wingworks vest. It fits nice and is very well constructed. I'm really looking forward to hunting with it. I will hunt with it and give a review in a month or so. I hunted all season with the Buckbags chukar vest and found it to be a great vest. When I do a review I'll give a comparison between the 2, as I already see advantages and disadavantages to both.

| I'll do a proper review on the LL Bean Pa'tridge strap vest in a couple of weeks. This is the 1st item that I have owned by LL Bean and I have to say that I am quite impressed with the whole company, customer service, quality, free shipping no matter how small the order. |

| Now that the season is over I am already contemplating what new gear I need for next season and was wondering if anybody has any updated vest reviews? |

I ended up with something new altogether on the vest. I am really happy with my purchase and the perfomance of this vest. I ended up giving the LL Bean vest away. Carried great, but was way too hot on all but the coldest days. Since we didn't seem to have too many cold days this season, it was always too hot. |
